The government of Spain is established under a constitutional system which acknowledges a hereditary or elected monarch as head of state . The Spanish empire is divided into 50 provinces. Most of the people in Spain are either Roman Catholics or atheists or agnostics. But due to the increase in immigration, the number of Muslims has increased.
